I am interesting in healing the body completely. I am a chiropractor trained to manipulate the spine. I found my work to be incomplete. I began searching for methods that will allow the body to continue to heal to completion. I found the body can compensate for a problem for a long time. Many times a small health problem that does not itch, swell or cause pain goes untreated for a long period of time. The effects of not treating the body will increase with time. It may take 10-20 years for a problem to get worse to warrant medical attention. A rash, occasional hives, tiredness, lacking sleep, stomach ache and irritable bowels are signs the body is trying to compensate for something. The aspirin, ibuprofen and ant-acids are ways to help the body cope. These are not the answers to the problem. There are signs the body is trying to deal with a problem. The body has multiple layers of ways to handle any problem. The first line of defense is the immune system. The immune system has multiple steps. The first step is identification of the problem with scout cells. The scout cells initiates inflammation. The scout cells circulate the body constantly in search of cell debris and toxins that need to be sent to the lymph system. I have found long term activation of the immune system requires amino acid, essential fat, DNA, enzyme reserves. This has put tremendous stress on the body to compensate. In the ideal world, these reserves are used to replace old and damaged cells. A long term inflammation process will use up these reserves very quickly. This is why a balanced nutritious diet is important. A nutritious diet will replenish the reserves more readily than a poor diet. Traditional nutritionists have been replenishing the amino acids reserves with good source of protein. Good source of proteins include hemp, beans, seeds, quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth, and wheat grass. Vegetable proteins cannot be produced by the body. These proteins are made up of essential amino acids. They are "essential" in the diet. Traditional nutritionists have been replenishing the essential fats reserves with good source of oils. Good source of oils include olive oil, grape seed oil, flax seed oil, wheat germ oil and walnut oil. Vegetable oils cannot be produced by the body. These oils create good fats also known as essential fats. They are "essential" for life. There has been a lot of attention on replenishing the enzymes in the body. These include pancreatic and digestive enzymes. The widespread need for supplementing enzymes is due to the lack of the body to create its own. Long term inflammation in the body has rationed amino acids as an energy source. This has put a stop on creating enzyme and the body has reduced its ability to maintain proper enzyme levels. I have found the body to be able to compensate for a long period of time. The longer a problem persists, the more reserves are depleted and more compensations are required. A compensation is rationing of reserves to support certain enzyme processes. For example, the body begins to decrease production of an enzyme that makes melatonin. The reason is during the day the reserves were used to support the immune and allow function. If the reserves are not replenished by night time the melatonin is not created in sufficient amounts to allow good night sleep. This is why changes in how the body operates indicate a problem. In chronic cases the compensations are no longer able to support life. The compensations further deplete enzyme function and reserves. The body is not able to regenerate enzymes. Over time the enzyme levels are no longer at levels that support live. I have been searching and developing methods to cleanse the body quickly. I have also found the body regenerates very quickly. The ability does have the ability to heal itself. It responds to the right handling within days. There is a lot of data regards to nutrition. I have developed a system in healing the body that is fast and efficient. |
